Terms of use · Effective 30 July 2026
Terms for using LOOKSET.
These terms govern access to the LOOKSET website and private pilot. LOOKSET is a product operated by Lucid Technology Labs. By using this website or applying to join the pilot, you agree to these terms.
01 The service and pilot status
LOOKSET is a private-pilot fashion production service intended for businesses and professional users. It may include assisted or experimental workflows for generating, reviewing and organising fashion imagery and video. Features shown on the website may be illustrative, in development or available only to selected pilot participants.
Requesting a demo does not guarantee admission. The scope, timing, fees, usage allowances and deliverables for a pilot engagement may be set out separately in an order form, proposal or written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the separate written agreement takes priority for that engagement.
02 Eligibility, access and accounts
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you represent. Information supplied through the demo form must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials confidential.
Pilot access is personal to the approved participant or organisation and may not be resold, shared outside that organisation or used to provide a competing service without our written permission.
03 Your materials and intellectual property
You retain ownership of product images, brand assets, instructions and other materials you submit. You grant Lucid Technology Labs a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process and adapt those materials only as needed to operate, support and evaluate the agreed pilot.
You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for us to process the materials, including permissions relating to products, logos, photography and any identifiable people. Do not submit confidential information or personal data unless its use has been agreed in writing and you are entitled to share it.
We retain ownership of LOOKSET, its software, workflows, designs and documentation. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these terms or a separate written agreement.
04 AI-generated outputs and review
Generative systems can produce unexpected, inaccurate or similar results. Outputs may contain artefacts and are not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, non-infringing or suitable for a particular commercial use. You must review and approve every output before publication, distribution or production use.
Commercial usage rights, exclusivity and any restrictions applying to pilot outputs will be confirmed in the relevant pilot agreement. Nothing on this website represents a guarantee that a particular output can be registered or protected as intellectual property.
05 Acceptable use
You must not use LOOKSET to:
- break the law or infringe another person's rights;
- create deceptive, defamatory, abusive or unlawful material;
- impersonate a person or use their likeness without authority;
- upload malware or attempt to bypass security or access controls;
- reverse engineer, scrape or disrupt the service; or
- use outputs or access to develop or train a competing model or service.
We may remove materials or suspend access where we reasonably believe these rules, the law or another person's rights are at risk.
06 Availability, third parties and changes
The pilot is provided on an experimental, as-available basis. We may add, change, limit or discontinue features, and cannot promise uninterrupted operation or permanent storage of pilot materials. You should retain your own copies of source materials and approved outputs.
LOOKSET may rely on third-party hosting, AI and production services. Their availability and terms can affect the pilot. Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their content or practices.
07 Warranties and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucid Technology Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data arising from use of the website or pilot. Our total liability relating to a pilot engagement will not exceed the fees you paid for that engagement in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. If no fees were paid, our total liability will be limited to £100.
08 Suspension, termination and general terms
Either party may end participation in the private pilot at any time unless a separate agreement says otherwise. We may suspend or end access immediately where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment or respond to a material breach. Provisions intended to continue—including ownership, confidentiality, liability and governing law—survive termination.
We may update these terms as LOOKSET develops. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date and, where appropriate, communicated to active pilot participants. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. For questions about these terms, use the demo form or reply to any email you receive from the LOOKSET team.
